St. Francis of AsisiRajmata Krishna Kumari Girls’ Public School, Jodhpur in association with Eastern Foundation of Art & Culture established by artists and art lovers organized its 7th Annual Art Event from
19th to 22nd May 2022. Its primary aim was to create awareness among masses on the various aspects of art. This endeavour was taken to promote young and talented minds to mark the success of their career. It added more colours to the Blue City through the portrayal of 258 art entries received from artists all over India.
On 19th May 2022, the Inauguration Ceremony of this Art Exhibition was organized. Invited guests were : Ms Ira Sisodiya - an art enthusiast, Mr Lal Singh Ji Bhati - a prominent artist of Rajasthan, Mrs Neera Singh, Principal of Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls’ School, Jodhpur, an ideal inspiration to every RKKian both past and present. All revered guests were presented with a token of gratitude and appreciation. The catalogue of the exhibition was also inaugurated. It was very overwhelming to receive a praiseworthy response from artists from all over India. On 22nd May 2022, the Closing Ceremony of this 7th Annual Art Event was held. The Chief Guest for this ceremony was Mrs Manisha Panwar, A member of Rajasthan’s Legislative Assembly representing the constituency of Jodhpur. Dr. Ritu Johari, the Head of the Department of Fine Arts and Painting at JNV University was our invited guest for the exhibition. There was a live demonstration of Colour Painting by Mr Rajul G. Ranade. Artists were felicitated with awards and Cash Prizes. All the artists shared their experiences and enlightened the audience with their profound knowledge and inspiring words. It was an incredible opportunity to show case amazing art works at a common platform provided by RKK.
