Celebrating 25 Years of Legacy: A Gift of Gratitude by the Class of 1999
The class of 1999, holds a special place in the history of Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls public school as our very first Graduating Class. This year marked a momentous occasion as 14 Girls of class 1999 came together to celebrate 25 years since their graduation, rekindling cherished memories, reconnecting with old friends and reminiscing about the formative years spent with the walls of their beloved alma mater. recently celebrated a remarkable milestone: their 25-year reunion.
As part of their celebration, the Class of 1999 contributed a generous amount of ₹2 lacs as a heartfelt gesture of gratitude to the school that shaped their lives. The gift cheque was presented on the stage to the Principal Mrs Neera Singh by the entire class on the Senior Founders Day23-october-2024. This contribution was utilized by the school management to build a state-of-the-art synthetic badminton court, a facility that will enhance sports infrastructure and benefit students for years to come.
The court was officially inaugurated in a special ceremony by all 14 members of the Class of 1999. Speaking at the event, our Alumni Anushree Gupta nee Pungalia from the Class of 1999 shared:
"This school has given us so much—knowledge, values, friendships, and memories that last a lifetime. It is our privilege to give back in a way that supports the growth and development of future generations. This badminton court is our token of appreciation and a symbol of the unbreakable bond we share with our school “RKK”.
The school principal Mrs Neera Singh expressed gratitude to the Class of 1999, stating:
Your contribution is not just an investment in infrastructure; it is a reflection of the values we cherish as a school community. This court will inspire countless students to excel in sports, just as you have excelled in life.
Honouring our Alumni The synthetic badminton court is now open for use, serving as both a sports facility and a symbol of the enduring spirit of generosity, gratitude, and togetherness.
