DISTRIBUTION OF SANITARY NAPKINS

On 14th December 2024 Boarders of RKK went to Government Upper Primary School, Balsamand for Sanitary Napkin Distribution.

This school operates two sections: Hindi and English medium. Upon arrival, the team met with the school principal and toured the campus. Following this, all the female students were gathered in a large hall where they were provided with information on menstrual hygiene and cleanliness. After the awareness session, sanitary napkins were distributed to all the students. 

During the program, the students expressed their thoughts and found this initiative extremely beneficial. The students showed great enthusiasm, and the school principal extended heartfelt gratitude for organizing such endeavors. 

The principal remarked that such programs are highly advantageous for the health and awareness of female students and expressed a desire for similar activities in the future. The program not only educated the students about personal hygiene but also boosted their confidence. This initiative significantly contributed to fulfilling the purpose of “Hamara Prayaas.”
