IAYP NATIONAL AWARD LEADER TRAINING WORKSHOP – AHMEDABAD

Attended the National Award Leader Training Workshop organised by the International Award for Young People (IAYP) on 7–8 August 2025 at Ahmedabad. From RKK Ms Zankhna Anand attended this workshop. This two-day programme brought together educators and award leaders to gain a deeper understanding of the IAYP framework, its philosophy, and the delivery of its four core components — Service, Skills, Physical Recreation, and the Adventurous Journey. Through interactive sessions, role-playing, and collaborative discussions, participants explored strategies to effectively guide students, foster personal growth, and encourage community engagement. The workshop provided valuable insights, practical tools, and renewed inspiration to integrate the IAYP experience into our school, while also creating opportunities to connect and network with fellow leaders from across the region.
