PURPLE DAY CELEBRATION

The students of kindergarten virtually celebrated “Purple” colour day (named ‘Popping Purple Party’) on the 2nd of December, 2020.
Children dressed up in purple, or red and blue- the colours that make purple, and they showed their teachers and classmates all the purple coloured things they could find around them.
They were shown a demonstration of how mixing paints of blue and red colour created purple.
The teachers talked about different purple-coloured fruits, vegetables and flowers.
 They all sang the 'purple colour' song, and did a bottle cap printing activity with purple coloured paint to make flowers.
The children took part happily and enjoyed the ‘Popping Purple Party’ with thorough excitement.
