RENU HINDI NATIONAL LEVEL DEBATE COMPETITION 2021-22 (VSCS, TARAPUR)


On 10th October 2021 Renu Hindi National Level Debate Competition 2021-22 was organised by Viraj Shriram Centennial School, Tarapur.

An amazing and invigorating virtual debate on the topic  “Naya Krishi Vidhayak Bhartiya Kisano Ke Liye Sanjivini Hai’’ was proficiently organized on Zoom virtual platform. Kanak Joshi and Bhavi Kumbhat represented RKKGPS as a team. Mrs. Leela Purohit and Ms. Reena Mishra were the teacher trainers of the event. Students from renowned schools of India participated in the event with an unbeatable zeal. 44 speakers from 22 schools spoke eloquently on the given topic.

The competition was a kaleidoscope of opinions, thoughts, ideas and perspectives that definitely enhanced the knowledge and understanding of the topic among students. The topic brought to light many of the hidden facts about the new bill. Every point presented was accepted with cheering. The arguments were so sharp that it actually made a commoner think about the facts.

It was an interesting and knowledgeable topic to discuss, liked by all. This debate competition ended extremely well, keeping everyone in thoughts about the importance of the farmer’s law and its pros and cons. One could actually see the future leaders in the contestants.

Esteemed judges, Dr Mamta Jha and Mrs Sunita Chauhan gave constructive feedback to the participants on improving their debating skills. Their feedback was gracefully structured to provide encouragement. All the participants were students with equal calibre and potential but in the end, some stood out shining brighter than the others. The result that added more feathers to be adorned cap of RKK was :

Kanak Joshi – For the motion won the laurels of the Best Speaker.

Bhavi Kumbhat – Against the motion won the prize for Second Best Speaker.

Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls Public School, Jodhpur won the glory of being the Overall First Best School.
