DISTRIBUTION OF SANITARY NAPKINS

The students of Hamara Prayaas along with teacher in charge Perminder Meena organized a session at the Government Senior Secondary School, Mahamandir, Lal Maidan, Jodhpur for this noble cause, where they distributed 250 sanitary pads to the girls. The pads were provided as part of the Project Shakti initiative. They discussed topics such as importance of eco-friendly sanitary pads, proper usage of sanitary pads, the importance of regular hygiene routines, and dispelling myths and misconceptions related to menstruation. The students of Hamara Prayaas also performed a small Nukkad Natak.

This small endeavour brought a smile on the faces of the students. Their response was overwhelmingly positive. The visit succeeded in creating a supportive environment for the girls to openly discuss menstruation without any stigma.
