COMMUNITY SERVICE (BOOKS DRIVE)

Before the commencement of the new session, RKK ensures to conduct Community Services and Donation Drives. This year also it made sure to donate books for underprivileged children or book lovers. The books and novels that once regaled the students of RKK, helped them through a rough patch or brought a smile on their face, on 09th March 2022, it was the time to pass on the rich treasure of knowledge and joy to children. For this year’s Book Donation Drive, the school collected around 3000 books in good condition, properly bound and sent them to a library, ‘World of Worms’ run by Mrs Vasudha Madan for Primary and Middle School children. Books of all subjects for Nursery to Class XII were donated to Indeed Foundation, an NGO that aids and supports education and literacy drives in many schools for underprivileged children of rural Marwar. Culture of reading, studying and imbibing values is greatly supported and encouraged by RKK. Donation Drives are a regular and annual feature of the school to nurture good learners.
