DISTRIBUTION OF SANITARY NAPKINS


On 21st February 2026, Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls’ Public School organized a meaningful community outreach initiative under the Hamara Prayaas Project, conducting a sanitary napkin distribution drive for rural women at the Beldaar basti 1 Masuriya, Anganwadi, Jodhpur. The initiative was led and carried out by Class IX students of Hamara Prayaas Club, reflecting their strong sense of social responsibility and commitment to community welfare. The primary aim of the drive was to promote awareness about menstrual hygiene and ensure access to safe and hygienic sanitary products for women in rural areas. During the visit, students interacted respectfully with the women, spreading awareness about the importance of menstrual health, proper usage and disposal of sanitary pads, and breaking common myths associated with menstruation. The distribution was conducted in an organized and sensitive manner, ensuring comfort and dignity for the beneficiaries. The initiative received a positive response from the village community and highlighted the school’s dedication to holistic education that extends beyond academics to social empowerment and meaningful community engagement.
