Pushkar wasn’t just a destination that morning — it was a calling. The air buzzed with dreams, laughter, and nervous excitement as young 57 minds of RKK with 5 teacher escorts stepped into RYLA 2025 – “Rotary Young Leadership Awards”, organized by the Rotary Club of Ajmer.
The opening ceremony was radiant — lamps lit like sparks of inspiration, prayers whispered strength, and speeches by our Rotary leaders reminded us why we were here: to rise, not above others, but above ourselves.
Then walked in Mr. Himanshu Buch, CEO of Zen Institute, Baroda — a man whose words didn’t just touch the mind, but shook the soul.
He asked, “Who are you when no one’s watching?”
And suddenly, the session “Journey Begins With You” turned into a mirror — one that reflected not our faces, but our fears, our habits, our hidden power.
Mr. Ambuj Jain fired up the room next — turning procrastination into prioritization. He said, “Stop waiting for the right time — make now your weapon.”
And when Mr. Amar Shekhawat spoke about “Setting Your Magnet Right”, we realized that leaders don’t chase opportunities — they attract them.
The day ended with laughter and teamwork under a Pushkar sky full of stars — where even shy voices found their rhythm.
Day two began not with alarms, but with meditation — silence so deep, it spoke. Mr. Himanshu Buch taught us time management in the most beautiful way:
“Your clock is not your master — it’s your canvas. Paint it well.”
Then came Ms. Rupa Ben from Brahma Kumaris, who whispered calm into chaos.
Her message was simple: “Peace is power.”
Ms. Kritika, a dynamic corporate trainer, dared us to lead — to break barriers and build our own stories. Her words still echo:
“If you don’t tell your story, someone else will — and they won’t get it right.”
Ms. Rashmi showed us that our image speaks before we do — dress not to impress, but to express.
But the real thunder came when Mr. Sudhanshu Mani, the Chief Architect of Vande Bharat Express, took the stage.
He said,
“The engine of India’s progress runs on the courage of its youth.”
That moment… goosebumps. You could feel the entire hall rise a little taller.
The evening turned magical — a Cultural Night that didn’t just celebrate talent, but unity. Under the lights, we weren’t strangers anymore — we were one tribe, one RYLA.
The final morning was quieter — not because of fatigue, but reflection.
Mr. Himanshu Buch spoke of a Growth Mindset, teaching us to look beyond barriers and choose the harder road.
Mr. Anubandh Rai then charged us with a mission — “Create a difference, not a comfort zone.”
When Ms. Shelly, CEO of Shell Care, narrated her “Journey to Shark Tank”, we learned that dreams don’t knock — they demand courage to open the door.
Then came Mr. Deepak Kashyap from Canada, who taught us that emotional regulation isn’t about suppressing your feelings — it’s about mastering them.
And finally, Mr. Shakti Singh Rathore, Divisional Commissioner of Ajmer, brought the curtain down with one unforgettable truth:
“Leadership isn’t about being first. It’s about making sure no one is left behind.”
The valedictory ceremony sparkled with laughter, trophies, and tears — not of sadness, but of transformation.
The lectures covered by the renowned speakers, their struggle in life , success achieved were a great source of confidence in young generation. RYLA event gave the opportunities to talk to and set forth the examples for themselves for greater success, various successful personalities in person, clear their mental doubts
This was RYLA 2025 — and this is just the beginning.
