PLANTATION DRIVE ORGANISED AT RKK

Growing Green Hands, Growing Kind Hearts
A refreshing wave of green swept across this week as our young learners participated in a heart-warming Plantation Drive organized specially for our Primary and Senior students.

From 26th July to 31st July 2025 the event began with an interactive session where children learned about the importance of plants and trees in our environment. Teachers explained in simple, joyful ways how trees give us clean air, shade, food, and a home for birds and animals. The children were full of excitement and curiosity, eager to play their part in protecting the Earth.

Each child was then lovingly handed a small plant—some leafy, some flowery, and all ready to grow. The Plantation Drive was not just an activity—it was a lesson in kindness, patience, and environmental awareness. It reminded us all that big changes begin with small hands. Through this initiative, we hope to plant not just trees, but also the seeds of lifelong respect for nature in every child’s heart.

The Plantation Drive was more than just a green initiative. It was a platform for experiential learning, where students actively engaged with the concept of sustainability. It instilled a deeper respect for the environment, a sense of personal accountability, and a reminder that collective effort begins with individual choices.

As young change makers, our students demonstrated enthusiasm, thoughtfulness, and genuine care—proving once again that they are capable of leading the way toward a greener and more conscious future.
