‘Fitness is the key to life on Planet, but what about Planet’s life?’
On October 3rd 2024, the Interact Club of Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls' Public School, Jodhpur, under the aegis of Rotary Club of Padmini , Jodhpur proudly organized an Environmental Marathon aimed at promoting cleanliness and environmental awareness among our members of the society. With a spirited turnout of 57 enthusiastic participants along with their sports Teachers , Dr Sita Kumari, Mrs Khushboo Changra, Ms Chhavi and Mr Anit Borgohain successfully completed the event.
The marathon, spanning 3 kilometers, saw RKK’s members actively engaging in the cause of saving the Earth. Each participant carried vibrant posters emphasizing the importance of cleanliness and environmental conservation, effectively spreading the message to the wider community. The energy was palpable as they ran, chanted slogans, and encouraged each other to champion a cleaner, greener world.
This initiative not only fostered teamwork and camaraderie among the spirited members but also ignited a passion for environmental stewardship.This initiative turned out to be very successful and was the centre of attraction on the streets of Jodhpur. The commitment displayed by Interact Club members of RKK reinforced our belief in making a positive impact on our planet.The initiative was appreciated by His Highness, Her Highness Maharani Sahiba , School Principal Mrs. Neera Singh and School Bursar (Retd)Col. Davinder Bhardawaj.
