SESSION ON HEALTH AND HYGIENE AWARENESS BY PROCTER & GAMBLE

On 17th August, a session on menstrual hygiene took place at Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls' Public School by Ms. Sarita Luhar. The purpose of this session was to increase awareness and advocate for good menstrual health among students in classes V and VI. The session primarily revolved around the discussion of menstrual hygiene practices and the empowerment of young girls through education. The facilitator placed great emphasis on the importance of maintaining proper menstrual hygiene in order to prevent health hazards. Furthermore, they elaborated on the significance of using clean sanitary products and regularly changing them for optimum hygiene. Practical recommendations were provided on how to maintain proper menstrual hygiene, which includes emphasizing the importance of hand washing and the correct disposal of used menstrual products. Through the education provided to young girls regarding menstrual hygiene, the session made a valuable contribution to their overall well-being and confidence.
