Team RKK, comprising Student Leader Saanvi Agarwal and participants –
Aagya Jain, Bhavika Ramnani, Priyali Gandhi, Siyona Mehta, and Vaanya Mehta under the guidance of Ma’am Sapna Gupta, participated in the RS Zoom Postcard Call organized by St. Cyprian’s School, South Africa on 3rd June 2026.
The first meeting was conducted on 18th May, where the Student Incharge enlightened the team about RS Postcard Calls and resolved their queries. They confabulated and deliberated on the theme “Exams vs. No Exams.” During the meeting, all the participants were allotted the task of preparing individual pre-document work for the postcard call.
The next meeting was conducted on 24th May, where different tasks were assigned to the participants individually for the preparation of the RS Postcard Call. Siyona Mehta and Aagya Jain were given the task of preparing the Postcard, while Vaanya Mehta and Bhavika Ramnani were assigned the task of preparing the report. The last meeting took place on 1st June, where all the rules and regulations regarding the RS Postcard Call were explained to the participants.
On 3rd June, the main postcard call took place. The host school welcomed all warmly. Students from across the globe joined the RS Zoom Postcard Call. The host briefly introduced and discussed on the theme.
Thereafter, the participants were sundered into breakout rooms for small group discussion. In the breakout rooms, each one introduced and exchanged ideas about examinations, uniforms and education systems followed in their respective countries. Students also participated in an engaging group activity where they designed and coloured their own school logo, gave it a name and added rules and extracurricular activities for an ideal school. These discussions and activities helped them develop critical thinking, teamwork, communication, and public speaking skills while also teaching them to respect and appreciate different viewpoints.
After the discussion, teams returned to the main meeting, where representatives from each group shared their logos, ideas and key discussion points. Finally, the host school expressed gratitude to all the participants for their enthusiastic participation and for making the call a great success.
