Under RKK Intercultural Exchange Program, there was an incredible opportunity to visit The Punjab Public School, Nabha from 9th to 16th April 2026. Punjab’s rich culture, history and modern innovations was experienced.
RKK’s delegation were Yagya Seervi, Shanaya Tak, Advika Kansara, Kanishkaa Vishnoi, Aaradhya Ratnani, Somya Daiya, Arishka Chopra, Riddhi Kackar, Navya Gandhi, Dhwani Verma, Avika Sharma, Angle Rathore, Soumya Chopra and Navya Rathore with their Teacher Escorts – Mrs Mukta Singh & Mr Kuldeep Singh.
Their journey began with a serene visit to the Gurudwara Sahib, where the team learned about humility, service and devotion. The industrial visits to Preet Tractor and Horlicks gave them a fascinating glimpse into Punjab’s thriving industries. The Baraza session was an engaging platform for sharing ideas, experiences, and cultural stories, helping the students build lasting friendships.
Exploring Chandigarh was a highlight: from the peaceful Sukhna Lake to the vibrant Elante Mall and the creative Rock Garden, the city offered a perfect mix of nature, culture, and art. A visit to Patiala introduced them to the royal heritage and local traditions.
The stay was full of hands-on experiences: cycling around the campus, learning Punjab’s flavorful cuisine, creating art in the Phulkari and Tie & Dye workshops, and enjoying the lively folk dance sessions. Sports activities such as basketball, hockey, and swimming added energy and teamwork to their schedule.
This exchange was more than sightseeing; it was a wonderful opportunity to share cultures, create memories and strengthen bonds of friendship.
