THE EMERALD HEIGHTS INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL (RS ZOOM POSTCARD)

An insightful RS Zoom Postcard was hosted by The Emerald Heights International School on 14th January 2026 at 2:00 pm under the theme “Where Culture Meets Beauty”. The virtual interaction offered students a meaningful opportunity to explore the deep connection between natural heritage and cultural identity.

The Zoom Postcard aimed to encourage students to reflect on historical natural sites and observe how these places have evolved over time. As part of the pre-conference task, participating schools prepared a “Then and Now” slide highlighting a natural site from their country, showcasing visible changes while emphasizing its cultural significance.

Representing the school were Kashvi Gupta (VI A), Krishnika Kucheria (VI A), Tiara Rajpurohit (VI C), Aarya Mehta Dixit (VII A), Ritanya Mehta (VI B), and Shanaya Garg (VI B). The team was confidently guided by Student Leader Tamanna Bhawnani (VII B), who coordinated the group’s preparation and ensured active participation throughout the session.

During the 60-minute interaction, students from Round Square schools across the globe shared their presentations, exchanged ideas in a collaborative environment, and discussed the importance of preserving natural beauty alongside cultural heritage. The dialogue promoted global awareness, environmental responsibility, and appreciation for diverse perspectives.

The RS Zoom Postcard proved to be a meaningful learning experience for the students, empowering them to communicate effectively, think critically, and recognise their role in safeguarding the world’s natural and cultural treasures. The event truly reflected the spirit of Round Square by celebrating connection, curiosity, and international understanding.
