On 16th April, 2025, six students – Urmila, Kamakshi Singh, Manvika Deora, Urvashi Rathore, Ojaswi Singh Chauhan, Shreya Kanwar with Student Leader - Purnima Patni of grade IX from RKKGPS participated in Round Square Post Card discussion and had this wonderful opportunity to participate on the Theme “Guiding Lights: Pillars of Leadership".

Students from across the country engaged in a meaningful conversation on “Leadership”.

Students spoke about famous personalities that inspired them in the world of Leadership Qualities. They also shared their personal experiences as leaders in school, home and local communities.

An important key point that stood out was that Leadership was not about authority but about being responsible and supportive and taking initiative to create a positive impact.

Leadership plays an important role in IDEALS specially in service and democracy.
