HAMARA PRAYAAS : DISTRIBUTION OF SANITARY NAPKINS

On 21st September 2026, 15 Boarders of Class VIII visited Anganwadi Centre, Ashok Colony, Jodhpur for Sanitary Napkin distribution. The programme was conducted under the initiative of Project Hamara Prayaas, with the objective of promoting menstrual hygiene and spreading awareness about the importance of menstrual health among Anganwadi women and girls.

During the programme, 200 Sanitary Napkins were distributed among the Anganwadi women and girls. The initiative aimed to encourage menstrual hygiene practices and improve access to essential menstrual hygiene products.

The programme received a positive response from the beneficiaries, who expressed their appreciation for the support and the availability of sanitary pads. The initiative highlighted the importance of menstrual hygiene awareness and the role of community-based efforts in promoting health and well-being. Active participation served as a meaningful step towards creating awareness and encouraging healthy practices within the community.
