DISTRIBUTION OF SANITARY NAPKINS

Demonstrating its commitment to community service and social responsibility, the Interact Club of Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls’ Public School, Jodhpur, organised a meaningful visit to the Women’s Central Jail, Jodhpur, under the aegis of Project Prayaas, in collaboration with the Rotary Club Padmini, Jodhpur.

During the visit, members of the Interact Club distributed sanitary napkins prepared under Project Prayaas to the women inmates. The interaction provided an opportunity to engage with the inmates and jail staff, fostering empathy, compassion, and respect for human dignity. Over 200 eco-friendly sanitary napkins were distributed to promote sustainable menstrual practices. The initiative served as a valuable learning experience for the students, reinforcing the importance of kindness, social awareness, and responsible citizenship.
