On the occasion of 34th RKK’s Birthday and honouring the Centenary Year of Rajmata Krishna Kumari Sahiba, the members of RKK Interact Club successfully organized a meaningful donation drive as part of its commitment to community service. The initiative reflected the club's dedication to serving society and promoting the values of compassion, generosity, and social responsibility among students.
The funds for this noble cause were raised through a previously organized Book Donation and Sale Drive, in which students, teachers, and well-wishers generously donated books. The enthusiastic participation of the school community helped to raise funds for purchase of ceiling fans which were donated for specially abled students at Gandhi Badhir Senior School – Mata Ka Thaan, Jodhpur.
The donation aimed to provide a more comfortable and pleasant learning environment for the students, especially during the warm summer months. The school authorities and staff warmly welcomed the initiative and expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Interact Club and RKKGPS for its thoughtful contribution and concern for the welfare of their students.
This service project was organized as a tribute to the inspiring ideals of Rajmata Krishna Kumari Sahiba. Her life and values encourage young people to become responsible citizens who work for the betterment of their communities. By carrying forward these ideals, the students sought to honour her legacy through meaningful action rather than words and also upholding the Interact Rotary Motto, "Service Above Self."
