RKKGPS Shines as Finalist in AFS ‘Harmony in Action’ Initiative

Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls’ Public School, Jodhpur, proudly participated in the AFS “Harmony in Action – 60 Minutes to Make a Difference” initiative organized by SAI International Residential School. Based on the theme “Small Actions. Shared Responsibility. Stronger Harmony.”, the event encouraged students to undertake meaningful community action aligned with SDG 16 – Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions.

The school was represented by Nivisha Kumbhat, Aradhya Soni, Divyanshi Jhala, and Kashvi Gupta. As part of the activity, the team created a Kindness Wall and conducted an engaging awareness session for kindergarten students on the importance of saving the Earth through simple eco-friendly habits and acts of kindness. Their initiative reflected empathy, teamwork, creativity, and a strong sense of social responsibility.

The team’s thoughtful project was selected among the finalists, making it a proud achievement for the school. The experience strengthened the students’ leadership, collaboration, and community engagement skills while inspiring them to create a positive impact through small but meaningful actions.
