After the initial gathering, participants were divided into breakout rooms to explore how their schools implement the RS IDEALS. RKK delegates shared various initiatives related to Internationalism, highlighting diversity in language options, cultural exchanges and annual international trips. They discussed Democracy through student council interactions and leadership roles in Clubs. Environmentalism was emphasized with green initiatives, tree planting and collaborations with NGOs. Adventure was showcased through participation in IAYP and various field trips, emphasizing personal growth. Leadership at RKK was defined by action rather than titles, with examples from Student Council and Community Service initiatives. The spirit of Service was encapsulated in Mahatma Gandhi's philosophy, with RKK engaging in activities that uplift the underprivileged. Overall, the event fostered a rich dialogue among participants, enhancing understanding and promoting a sense of community centred on the RS IDEALS, making it a valuable learning experience for all involved.
