RKK celebrated its 28th Birthday on
20th July. Year 2020, unlike other years, is full of circumstances wherein every possible thing has been challenged and changed. Thus, the celebrations were carried out in a unique and a remarkable manner. The entire RKK Family had put in huge efforts in order to make this particular day a memorable one in this uncanny situation.
The Student Community had prepared four videos. One Video consisted of the feelings of various students from grades 5th to 11th. Second video reflected the affection of Class 12th students who are unable to enjoy the last year of their schooling life. In addition to this, two more videos were prepared in order to refresh the school memories of the students. All these videos were posted on the YouTube Channel of RKK, a day prior to the Foundation Day.
Besides these Pre-Birthday celebrations, few Council Members along with some of the many teachers reached the School Campus and made this day a special one. They all went live on the Facebook as well as the Instagram page of RKK.
Handled by Vimal Sir, Yatheesh Sir and Manoj Sir along with the assistance of some of the Council members, the live session began at 10:30 a.m. This session enabled the student community – past and present and teachers to get a glimpse of their second home. Moreover, this platform made it convenient for the every students to cherish their childhood memories as well as the ex-teachers to join and make this day a memorable one for RKK. The virtual tour of the school was followed by the Cake Cutting Ceremony. A souvenir in the form of a thumb print containing the names 110 students of Class 12th was gifted to the school.
Truly, the advancements in the field of technology made it possible for the RKKians to commemorate their beloved RKK's 28th Birthday.
