GANDHI JAYANTI- SPECIAL ASSEMBLY

To celebrate birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, the children of Classes 1 and 2 enthusiastically performed various activities.  They recited poems on him, drew and coloured his picture. In craft activities, the children made beautiful charkhas, book marks, and his three monkeys that say ' Hear no evil', 'See no evil' and 'Do no evil'.

The children of Classes 3 and 4 joyfully sang songs and bhajans that Gandhiji used to love and also danced to various songs in his memory. The event sensitized the little ones towards the core values of non-violence, freedom and its importance, power of truth etc.
