EARTH DAY CELEBRATION

 Special Assembly conducted for Earth Day

 

Earth Day, as a yearly event, was commemorated on 3rd of May in RKKGPS. Numerous performances were held to demonstrate support for environmental protection.

The students of Classes 1 to 5 celebrated this day with much ardour and zeal. Each section of Classes 1 to 5 prepared something unique to present to the audience, all with the common theme of loving, respecting and protecting the Earth we live in.

The Special Assembly organised saw all the children dressed in hues representing the various elements of the earth.

The children dressed up to represent wild animals, trees, rainbows and even the Earth itself. The effort and enthusiasm shown by the parents, teachers and dear students was heart-warming!

The special celebration was witnessed by Neeta Johari Ma'am, as well as the teachers and students. It was a morning that was exciting, enjoyable and enlightening for everyone present.
