VDJS, HISAR (28TH JINDAL ART FESTIVAL 'KINTSUGI')

On 7 August 2021, Vidya Devi Jindal School, Hisar organised the 28th Jindal Art Festival 'Kintsugi'. It is being organised for many, many years now in the memory and honour their founder and eminent industrialist, Shri O P Jindal, on his birth anniversary. The festival has come a long way, starting with activities of drawing and painting to now becoming a mesmerizing spectacle of all kinds of artistic expression - drawing, painting, decorating, designing, digital, performing and literary. The theme for this year was 'Kintsugi' - the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold. What they wanted to convey was that we can be 'Broken but Beautiful' and all the following competitions were designed almost perfectly around the theme.
