WORLD DANCE DAY CELEBRATION

“Dance is the hidden language of the soul”, World Dance Day was celebrated on 29th April in RKK premises with great zeal and enthusiasm under the British Council activity ‘outburst of the soul’.

All students were dressed in different attires, looked vibrant and filled with dance fervour.

The event holds an international importance, thus the songs selected were beyond boundaries, not confined to any particular region.

The main idea behind this was to ensure a cultural blend and make students aware of the beauty of International diversity of dance forms.

The students in their introductory speech made us realize the never fading beauty of music and dance in our lives and took us to the energetic journey of heterogeneous dance forms. They performed Jazz, traditional, hip-hop and many more.
