DISTRIBUTION OF SANITARY NAPKINS

On 28th July 2023, Friday the students of Hamara Prayaas Activity Club along with the teacher in-charge Ms. Amba Singh Jhabua had a visit to Navjyoti Kendra for the dispensing of Sanitary Napkins made by the students themselves. The visit was a very enriching  experience for our students as it was their first time interacting with the special needs children. One of our student first gave an overall view about our activity to the children over there, followed by which a skit prepared by our students on the theme “ Menstrual Hygiene” highlighting the awareness and the stigma attached to it was shown. After the performance by the girls,  the dispensing of the sanitary napkins was done to the students and the female staff working there. The girls had a talk with the special children over there and established great bonding with them.
