DISTRIBUTION OF SANITARY NAPKINS

HAMARA PRAYAAS – VISIT TO WOMEN’S CENTRAL JAIL, JODHPUR

On 27th April (Thursday) 2023, the students of ‘Hamara Prayaas Club’ took initiative to distribute sanitary napkins at Women’s Central Jail, Jodhpur. A brief introduction was given about the initiative and significance to provide awareness. Followed by a ‘nukkad natak’ performance where the girls threw light on the stigma attached to menstrual hygiene. The skit was received by a lot of cheer among the crowd. The community service was well executed on the ‘Global Youth Service Day’. The authorities of Women Central Jail were very much considered the service and efforts taken by the students of RKKGPS as something very inspirational and motivational. It was a successful endeavour supported by Mrs. Krutika Solanki and the whole team of Prayaas Club under the supervision of Ms. Amba Singh Jhabua.
