"A person without virtue is like a body without soul"Starting the new session with a grateful heart and a motivated mind is all a teacher can ask for in these challenging times. Keeping this in mind, Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls' Public School, Jodhpur, organized a pep-talk session via Zoom on the 26th March 2022 with Mr Mayank Solanki, a young founder and CEO of Val Ed Initiatives who works in the field of enhancing values in young minds. The session aimed at encouraging teachers to adopt effective strategies that not only focus on a child's academic but also value development. Mr Mayank addressed the gathering by narrating the story of Maharana Pratap's courageous efforts and the way he inspired people from all over the world. He shared his vision of creating a society where everyone aimed of becoming a good person first before aspiring to become a professional at something that just aims to earning the power, money and luxuries of life. He stated the importance and strength of teachers that how they can be the reapers of a mentally and physically healthy seed in a child's psyche. The session was a boost for every educator and Mr Mayank's perceptions were welcomed and appreciated by all.
