Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls’ Public School, Jodhpur and CBSE – Centre of Excellence, Ajmer organized a training of teachers through HUBs of learning in collaboration with Sri Aurobindo Society on
15th January, 2020 in Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls’ Public School.
Mr Narendra Singh Chouhan, Capacity building trainer in Sri Aurobindo Society, conducted the training program.
The workshop was conducted under the able mentorship of the Principal Mrs Neera Singh. The CBSE Co-ordinator Mr Jai Prakash Narayan said that 75 CBSE schools of Jodhpur division participated in the workshop.
After giving a brief introduction of the society and its objectives, the need for child centric education system and updatings in technological advancements were discussed. The resource person described seven qualities that a new age teacher must inculcate in his way of life, namely, Friendliness, Empathy, Expertise, Patience, Solution providing capacity, Presentation and Tech savvy.
The aims and objectives of ZIIEI – Zero Investment Innovation for the Education Initiative, a platform created for the teachers, by the teachers as a step towards progress by transforming schools according to the need of the hour was presented. New age teaching techniques, incorporating technological innovations to kindle the child’s curiosity were discussed.
