ADULT LITERACY – “DIKSHA”

Literacy is a bridge from misery to hope. On 12th April 2017, the portals of RKK were blessed to have Mrs Sagarika Mehta as the guest of honour for a session on Adult Literacy ‘Diksha’. This proud initiative was taken by the school in collaboration with Rotary Club, Padmini, Jodhpur. Mrs Sagarika Mehta enlightened the students about the true meaning of service and inculcated compassionate feelings in the students for the society. The session briefed the students about the necessary initiatives they could take to fulfill the Global Dream of leaving no adult illiterate. It was an enriching experience for all the young minds to be an integral part of the adult literacy mission. Profuse gratitude to school management and the Rotary Club for giving the students a golden opportunity of becoming the torch bearers of tomorrow.
