STRESS MANAGEMENT

A significant workshop on 'Stress and Time Management' was held in the old library of RKK on Friday 25th Nov 2016 for students of Class X and XII. Renowned Psychiatrist from AIIMS Jodhpur Dr. Naresh Nebhinani conducted it with causes for stress and ways to cope up.

 
During his interactive session of an hour he gave quick and easy methods of time management and filled the students with optimism. Ma’am Sapna Gupta felicitated him with a token of gratitude while Manjari Sharma and Rajshree Rathore delivered the welcome speech and vote of thanks..
