SPIC MACAY - ‘CHARANDAS CHOR’

Spic Macay is a non – political nationwide voluntary movement that organizes programmes of classical music and dance, folk arts, heritage walks etc. inside school and college campuses throughout the world to make students more aware about Indian and world heritage. This initiative makes education more holistic and meaningful.

On 23rd August 2018 a team of 20 theatre artists under the tutelage of Shri Ramchandra Singhji, recipient of the Senior Fellowship Award for Academic Research in the field of Theatre from the Ministry of Culture, Government of India and Sangeet Natak Academic Award for his contribution to the folk theatre of Bihar graced the portals of RKK.  A gracious and inclusive welcome to all the cherished guests was extended by the compere performed a play ‘Charandas Chor’ in the school amphitheatre for the entire school community and received great appreciation and acknowledgement.
