“Adventure”, organized by Pinegrove School, Dharampur, Solan from
4th to 10th June 2018. The events which made the three days memorable were flag hoisting, band performance, dance, choir and address by Major Nitin Joshi who enlightened the audience about parental attachment and to do the things which seem impossible. His speech was very motivating and inspiring. Visit to Dolanji Bon Monastery on the way to the campsite at Sadhupul, Barraza sessions, adventure activities like Rock Climbing, Zipline, Obstacle Course, Rappelling, Target Jumping, Zummaring, Waterfall, Trekking, Night Camping, Walk to Mall Road at Shimla, Morning Yoga & Meditation with Mr Sanjeev Tyagi, interaction with Capt. A J Singh, Principal, Pinegrove School were very enriching that added tremendously to the learning experience of the students and taught them the values of life, to come out of their comfort zone, develop closeness with nature and ways to overcome all challenges and fears.
