St. George’s Grammar School, South Africa organized RS Zoom Postcard on 21st August 2024 on the topic “Is it ethical? Innovation in Science and Technology". From RKK - Rhythm Chopra, Yashasvi Karwasara, Rajnandani Balot, Vimla, Princee Agarwal, Natasha Misra with the Student Leader - Bhavya Baid participated in this call.

It was very informative and engaging. Participants gained insights into the latest development in technology and its tools, strategies and application. Some topics discussed were :

1.  Genetic Editing
2.  Cyber Hacking
3.  Cloning
4.  AI in this developing world.

The discussion highlighted the potential benefits of technology in education and sports including efficiency and effectiveness. However, it also emphasized the need for ethical consideration, responsible design and care implementation to ensure its support rather than going against its expected purpose. Participants appreciated the opportunity to network with peers and gain knowledge.
