“Great Leaders: A great leader can change the world in an instant" was organized by Holy Trinity College, Argentina on 14th August 2024. Sunehari, Mayurakshi Nathawat, Laxmi Bishnoi, Gungun Mewara, Hasmita Jain, Riya Sharma and Prachi Jain seized the opportunity to broaden their horizons and learn the art of leadership.
The event began with an introduction of the host school. The host school spoke about the value of communication in leadership, how a leader sets the tone and atmosphere for the team, and how leadership helps in managing and controlling tasks. The participants were then split into different breakout rooms where they had a discussion on the importance of a leader, what makes a leader, what qualities a good leader must have, how leadership helps in everyday life and the importance of student leadership. All participants then shared their views and thoughts on their chosen leader and why they had chosen them. After some fruitful discussions, the 60-minute conversation ended with a vote of thanks by the host school.
All participants were thrilled to know about the concept and importance of leadership.
