Gunraj Singh Chouhan, Priyamwada Singh Rathore, Ashwani Dewal, Bhumika Jalora, Madalsa Rathore, Mahima Singh with student leader - Samrudhi Surana participated in RS Zoom Postcard organized by
Ashbury College, Canada on 24th January 2024 on the theme “What are your IDEALS?”.The participants talked about their IDEALS on personal front and then on Six Pillars & IDEALS of Round Square in detail & how they are promoted in their respective school.
Firstly, they discussed about International trips, Educational Excursions, exposure and experiences, which help students to build up their horizon, confidence and learn about various cultures around the world. Next, they moved on to the second pillar, which was Democracy and discussed about its significance in their daily lives. Moving on to the third pillar – Environment, participants talked about ‘Go Green, Live Green, Plant Green’. About Adventure, the fourth pillar being everyone’s favorite, RKKians shared about the Day Camp organized by the school every year that offers a positive and safe environment away from their home and help them gain confidence and self –esteem to prepare them for future challenges. On the Leadership pillar, they had the most interesting conversation on the Leadership Conclave held in RKK and the importance of leadership and teamwork. Regarding Service, students spoke about Project Prayaas and distribution of free Sanitary Napkins to marginalized young girls while educating them about personal hygiene.
