“The Bermuda Triangle : Myths, Stereotypes and Truths” was organized by T
he Bermuda High School on
27th September 2023. The event started with the brief introduction of the host and extending a warm welcome to all the attendees, emphasizing the significance of the theme. This was followed by a mesmerizing presentation that offered a visual representation that addressed the location of Bermuda Triangle, the unique culture and history that resides in the beauty of the island. The host enlightened about the myths, stereotypes and facts that are often heard about the enigmatic Bermuda triangle. Thereafter the participants were sent to their respective breakout rooms in which many questions were raised and participants showcased their knowledge. The host asked the various stereotypes, delve into a discussion about the diverse culture on the top of that how can one learn from the experiences. Apart from the discussion the host introduced their rich culture and cross-questioned all the participants to get a better perspective.
Thereafter the breakout rooms, delegates were asked to present the poster made by them on behalf of their school. The meeting ended with the vote of thanks by the host school. The event proved to be an engaging and informative discussion, shedding light on the mysteries, history, and scientific explanations surrounding this enigmatic region. Attendees explored various facets of the Bermuda Triangle, from its captivating stories to the role of popular culture in perpetuating myths.
