6 students, namely Shary Bohra, Saima Singh, Priyadarshini Rathore, Vanshika Bajaj, Unnati Shekhawat, and Somya Singh, along with their student adult in-charge, Aarohi Bhattacherjee attended a postcard event on the
Theme "Service: Making the world a better place" hosted by the Step by Step School, India. Delegates were shown different postcards from various schools, and each attendee gave a brief introduction about their school's service projects. It was fascinating to learn about the diverse range of service initiatives being carried out by schools across the region. Some schools focused on environmental issues, such as recycling and reducing waste, while others were involved in community service, volunteering at local shelters and food banks. Many schools also had programs to support education in underprivileged areas, including tutoring and donating books and school supplies. It was heartening to see the dedication of these schools towards making a positive impact on their communities. The event comprised 7 Baraza sessions, where they were educated on the importance of service and how they can help other people. During the sessions, the participants learned about the various ways they can contribute to making the world a better place. They were told about the significance of community service, volunteer work and donating to charitable organizations. The speakers also emphasized the importance of spreading awareness about social issues and advocating for change. The postcard event was an excellent opportunity to learn about the importance of service and how people can incorporate it into their daily life.
