It was a 90 minute call with the theme, “Mindfulness: the secret of effective self care.” Students from over 6 countries, 11 schools, and 60 participants participated in the call.
The call started by a briefing on the discourse of the wheel of wellness and selfcare by Ma’am Debjani Ghosh, who explained the participants everything in details. All the attendees were then allocated separate barazza rooms, where there was a questionnaire session of diverse practical questions like, what do we do when we feel sad? How do we cope up? and further more. After the barazza session, everyone asked ma’am Ghosh questions about mental health & fulfilment of self care. With that, the call ended, providing the delegates with this opportunity, to be really honest with themselves. This postcard had all that the children needed to find for true happiness and mindfulness.
