WYCLIFFE COLLEGE, TORONTO, CANADA (RS WORLDWISE CONVERSATION)

On Friday, 17th February, a 90-minute World Wise Conversation on Zoom Postcard Call for 11-13 year olds was hosted by students from Wycliffe College Toronto, Canada from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm. On the theme “Random Acts of Kindness Day”, six students of RKK,  Tanishka Jain, Nishika Pagaria, Rudrakshi Solanki, Bhavya Singh Rawat, Somya Singh, Demira Bhati and Gauree Singh participated with enthusiasm and zeal to learn new things..

During the call, participants were invited to share their own experiences of receiving random acts of kindness and discuss how this made them feel. The conversation explored what ‘random’ really means and how we might all promote and benefit from a kinder community. Before the call the hosts invited participants from each school to work together in their school group to prepare a single slide visual that illustrated one or more Random Act(s) of Kindness observed in their school community. It was a great platform to sensitize students with the acts of kindness and the people in need.
