An interactive RS Zoom Postcard Call took place on
26th October 2022, hosted by Stanford Lake College in South Africa. The theme centred around 'Mental Health Awareness' with an enthusiastic participation of around 120 participants. Participants from RKK were Pankhuri Sharma, Deeksha Garg, Ashmin Sidhu, Srishti Jain, Manya Mehta and Vanshika Bajaj with adult delegate, Ms. Shruti Rathi. After joining, students were briefed about the schedule of the meeting. Thereafter, they were separated into different Barraza groups for discussion on the topic. Students began with their introduction, followed by an intense discussion on various diseases and syndromes such as ADHD, Bipolar syndrome, down syndrome, anxiety, depression, etc. At the end, delegates learnt about practical solutions and preventions to the syndromes. Back into the main session, they gave their feedback to the hosts. The motive to spread awareness of this call was successful. Delegates were left with the message that any disease can be cured with patience and a healthy lifestyle.
