A Round Square Virtual Conference was held on
21st April 2021 from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm hosted by Thomas More College, South Africa. The topic for the Conference was
"Leading for our Time".The Conference programme included a keynote address by Lindiwe Rakharebe, CEO of the Durban International Conference Centre, who shared her insights on Leadership and the type of leadership that is needed in present time.
Throughout the barazza breakouts, the students interactively discussed the theme of the Conference in depth, opinions and global perspectives were shared to explore and identify the core values of an effective leader. The students of Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls' Public school actively participated throughout and discussed their views to expand on some of the principles needed to equip the next generation to lead.
The participants from RKK were Sumriddhi Sharma, Diksha Rajpurohit, Himanshi Soni, Kanshika Gadia and Harshita Saraswat.
For the pre conference task, the girls created an effective presentation of a Crest made by them followed by the Manifesto on what they believe good Leadership should look like.
