LK SINGHANIA EDUCATION CENTRE, GOTAN (ALL INDIA LADY ANUSUIYA MEMORIAL HINDI AND ENGLISH DEBATE- 2024 & SIR PADAMPAT SINGHANIA SCIENCE QUIZ – 2024)

RKKGPS, Jodhpur was proudly represented by a team of eight talented students - Unnati Shekhawat - X C, Avantika Mishra - XII B, Chaheti Rathi - XI C (Hindi Debate) trained by Mrs Leela Purohit; Eshal Bindra - XI C, Satakshi Sati - XII A, Tulika Harshvardhan - XI D  (English Debate) trained by Mrs Sandhya Mudgal; Anika Chaturvedi - XI  A & Himanshi Tanwar - XII A (Quiz) trained by Dr. Varsha Pandey for Biology, Mr Girish Vyas for Physics, Mrs Shreshtha Singhal for Chemistry, Mr Kuldeep Chauhan for Mathematics & Mr Udhav Kumar Dubey for Computer Science was accompanied by one of their trainers and teacher escort - Mrs Sandhya Mudgal at the prestigious All India Lady Anusuiya Memorial Hindi and English Debate and Sir Padampat Singhania Science Quiz hosted by LK Singhania Education Centre, Gotan from 13th to 15th September 2024.

The Opening Ceremony began with the Lighting of the Lamp and Welcome song by the School Choir. The Chief Guest, Mr. Vasudev Devnani, Speaker of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly inspired the debaters and gave some valuable insights to the participants.

The Hindi Debate commenced on 13th September, 2024. The topics at hand were: ‘भारत असहिष्णु बनता जा रहा है’ and ‘कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता मानव बुद्धि का बेहतर विकल्प है’. Team RKK had to debate FOR the motion, कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता मानव बुद्धि का बेहतर विकल्प है’.

English Debate was held on 14th September 2024 and the topics were, ‘Social Media is becoming a hub of anti-social activities’ and ‘Caste-based census is the need of the hour’. Team RKK spoke against the motion, ‘Social Media is becoming a hub of anti-social activities’. The Chief Guest, Mr. Shantanu Gupta, a renowned Indian author, political analyst, and Founder of the Ramayana School, who has authored 10 books, presented his viewpoint at the end of the debates.  

The judgement for the event was given by a group of eminent professors from Delhi University.

Team RKK returned with a bunch of victories. The Hindi Debate team - Unnati Shekhawat - X C, Avantika Mishra - XII B & Chaheti Rathi - XI C secured the ‘Second Position’. The English Debate team - Eshal Bindra - XI C, Satakshi Sati - XII A & Tulika Harshvardhan - XI D  received the ‘Consolation Prize’.

RKK team bagged the ‘Overall First Runners-Up Position’ in debates.  


The Quiz covered five core subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, and Computer Science (CS). There were two Preliminary Rounds, and RKK’s team successfully advanced to the Final Round. The final round saw intense competition, with a neck-to-neck fight between schools. Despite strong performance, the quizzers narrowly missed the top positions, finishing on 5th  overall. Their efforts in preparing the students were instrumental in reaching the final round of the Quiz. The dedication and hard work of the students, combined with the expertise of the teachers, is truly appreciated. The team returned with a sense of joy and contentment, enriched by invaluable experiences and cherished memories.
