It is a delight to share the resounding success of the eight talented students from RKK who participated in Online SAI Global Debate 2024 organized by SAI International School, Bhubaneswar on 27th January 2024. Divided into two groups (Junior and Senior) and competing in three categories (General Debate, Turncoat, and Extempore), students exhibited exemplary skills and sportsmanship throughout the competition.
Following an exhaustive 15-day practice, the participants, namely
Hunar Rana, Subhadra Kumari, Nishika Kumbhat, Saanvi Jain, Satakshi Sati, Aarohi Bhattacherjee, Adwitiya Saxena & Tulika Harshvardhan with their Teacher In-charge Mrs Janet Rana demonstrated unwavering enthusiasm and confidence as they commenced the debate at 10 :00 am .
After a tough competition, five students successfully qualified for the final round. Post-lunch, the finalists showcased their exceptional talent, with Hunar Rana from VIII D receiving high praise from the Principal of SAI International School for her outstanding speaking skills. Notably, Satakshi Sati of IXA secured the 3rd prize in the Argumentative Debate (FOR) category.
This experience not only provided a platform for students to excel in debating but also offered them a valuable learning exposure. Heartfelt congratulations to all participants and high appreciation for their dedication and exemplary representation of RKK.
