Change Makers Challenge 2021 organized by
Inventure Academy, Bangalore on
14th November 2021, This event propelled the participants to explore – sustainable solutions for education, particularly for online and hybrid learning and working on solutions for mental and emotional wellbeing given that over a billion students have seen their education being disrupted as a result of COVID-19.
The stakeholders of this sustainable project are students, parents, teachers, principal, school management, education department, government agencies and IT based companies.
From RKK this project was represented by following students, parent mentor and teacher mentor :- Core team members: Adwitiya Saxena, Satakshi Sati & Manasvi Salecha.

The way in which RKK perceived the challenge was focused on:- Challenges faced by the students during the transition from Elementary to Senior Secondary.
- How hybrid mode of learning can focus more on concept clarifications using various technologies.
- Lack or absence of conceptual clarity among students due to the loss of learning hours.
- Creating awareness among the underprivileged sections of society about importance of education.
- Effective interaction/communication/healthy discussions among students, parents and teachers on a regular basis to sort out the doubts.
Launching a multi-purpose app with all the necessary applications like:- Audio visual aid for students.
- Recorded lectures.
- Special classes for differently abled children.
To ensure that the students are not distracted and are regularly. attending the classes, there must be a timer to keep a check.
