A youth conclave was organised by Chittagong Grammar School, Bangladesh from
19th to 21st November 2021. A team of 10 students -
Kanak Joshi, Lauren, Khushi Panwar, Kumkum Chouhan, Satakshi Sati, Ditya Lohiya, Bhavya Choudhary, Anvi Mehta, Hemangini Bhati and Vidisha Bindal with their Teacher Incharge, Mrs Mukta Singh participated from Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls' Public School, Jodhpur.
Day 1The session started with the Keynote Speaker of the evening, 'Farin Danlah'. The theme for the evening was Mental Health & Self Compassion in today's generation followed by Baraza discussion in which participants discussed on topics related to mental health.
Day 2The session started with the introduction of the Keynote Speaker for the evening, ‘Humaira Khan', a Fashion Designer, who beautifully explained that there is design in every aspect of life. Later there was an Art Therapy session, which helped the participants to relax and overcome anxiety. It was a therapy that combined psychological therapy with art making to manage stress & express without verbal communication.
Day 3Ms. Heidi Lavine, a famous American Photo Journalist, currently working for the Sipa Press who investigated the Israel Palestine Conflict, gave a beautiful presentation.
The theme for the evening was
‘Resilience’. The second activity for the day was
'Ethical Dilemma' where participants expressed their views on different situations and debated on their opinion. At last, the Conclave came to an end with a
‘Murder Mystery’ where the participants were given clues and they had to solve the mystery. The young investigators worked as a team and solved the murder mystery. It was one of its kind a very meaningful and fun-filled Conclave.
