Deeksha Garg for Computer Wiz Kid, Prathna Sancheti for Multimedia Presentation, Riya Sharma for Fastest Line Follower, Computer Quiz and Sound Editing, Kashvi Goil for Fastest Line Follower and Computer Quiz, Advika Bhansali for Fastest Line Follower and Sound Editing and Harianshika Shekhawat for Multimedia Presentation techies with their escort teacher, Ms. Nupur Goyal, participated in the IPSC IT Fest 2023 hosted by Mayo College Girls’ School, Ajmer from 20th to 22nd July 2023. Registration of the participants took place on the first day.
The second day started with the Opening Ceremony followed by group photograph of all the participating teams. It was the main day for the competitions to take place. Our faces were lit with confidence, hope and promise of gaining meaningful knowledge.
There were total 17 IPSC schools that participated in the series of competitions. Some of the participating schools were The Daly College, Indore; The Doon School, Dehradun; The Assam Valley School; Mayo College, Ajmer; Mayo College Girls’ School, Ajmer and Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls’ Public School, Jodhpur.
The action packed schedule for the day started, with various competitions taking place simultaneously at different venues. RKKians participated in Multimedia Presentation, Fastest Line Follower Robotics event, Computer Wiz Kid , Computer Quiz and Sound Editing. The Fest then ended with a wonderful Closing Ceremony on the third day.
Though we couldn’t win any prizes for the school, but with 17 schools participating in the mommoth IT event, the students gained a lot of exposure and guidance for our future. The event turned out to be a major platform for them to showcase their love for technology.
