ICL TRAINING WORKSHOP FOR STUDENTS

'One needs not to change big in order to be a change maker’ with the same thought 4 students- Khyati Rathi, Darshana Anwala of IX A, Bhavya Bhati and Dhruvi Mehta of IX D took part in the ICL Training Workshop- ‘A step towards an active global citizen’ hosted by AFS India. The workshop was conducted in two sessions. The first session took place on 2nd July,2024 via zoom conference from 5 pm -7pm. This session focused on self-awareness, active global citizens and knowledge about Sustainable Development Goals. The second online Conference took place on 4 July,2024 at the same schedule, primarily focusing on steps to be a change maker. The two-day Workshop was a friendly discussion filled with knowledge and fun-filled interactive activities.

The key takeaways from the sessions were that change begins from within- in order to change the world, we must start with ourselves. The event not only provided the participants with directions but also encouraged them to take their very first step towards being an Active Global Citizen.
